Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Was given lame excuse when I questioned it. Then was given 3 different invoices & prices for additional parts that salesperson should have included in original estimate but never did. Overall the product is decent, but their ordering/ installation process is a total clusterf-ck!

Great experience all around, from picking out door, turn around time, and installation. Would strongly recommend Champlain door.

Patrick was professional and prompt with the estimate, Phil provided technical support by phone, and Anna was terrific with keeping us informed about the schedule for the work. The installer, Andrew, was professional yet personable, knowledgeable and efficient He expertly replaced our damaged panel, inspected and lubed the system, and even cleaned up any grease. Thank you, all!
