Immediate replies to my inquiries from their website form. Questions answered, quotes for installed products quickly given. There were no hidden fees. All the old parts were hauled away. The installer was polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

The only bad experience I had with Champlain door was the lady answering the phone. I called to verify a delivery and the address was incorrect and before I was done talking she hung up on me. I gave her the correct address and the delivery drivers still went to the wrong address. The lady on the other end of the phone call was extremely rude.
