Product looks good and is working great. My only issue was that I had to call for updates twice, and each time i was told i would be called with 30 minutes notice so that I could get home, however when my wife arrived at home - she found the installer on-site working - no call. Not a huge deal, he was polite and efficient - it is just that i was thinking he was a no show.
