The new product is great and was priced very well! Install was quick and seamless but my only concern which is pretty big concern was that the installer did NOT wear a mask. It’s a pandemic a mask is REQUIRED!

They responded, gave a quote and installed right on schedule. I'm still waiting for the competition to call me back and it's been 3 months!

The only thing I would suggest is if the installer is not going to arrive during the scheduled time frame, that the customer receive a call to update. We have schedules too.

From the first contact to the salesman to the installer, it was a 10 all around. Thank you everyone was great.
