The service was great with a lot of back and forth until the… Read more I have had great experiences with Champlain Door in the past so there was no doubt I’d use them for a barn structure I built in 2019. The service was great with a lot of back and forth until the details were correct. Installer was professional and did a good job. Only snafu was that the doors were shorter than specified so the height of my opening was 1/2” too much. However, Champlain door came back twice to remedy this problem by extending the top door panels at no additional cost.

I was skeptical about replacing my door; but after two emails with Phil, it was determined that my current door could possibly be repaired and a technician came out the next day. The technician was timely, knowledgeable and prepared to fix the problem.
