The office manager expertly advised us on the phone which model to choose and she set up an installation date and time that met with our busy schedule. The technician arrived at the exact time specified and he expertly installed our new opener, rails, and optic sensors, while carting away the old unit. I would use Champlain Door Systems again without hesitation.
